Here is the piece I made with this week's free image. I named them and I hope they don't mind. I think the names fit them well. Here's a tip. I bought paint brushes from a store where everything is a dollar. Don't do that. They were shedding like a cat all over the place! I'm still picking them off the painting.

I wanted to share an artist that I read about on Tricia's blog A Little Birdie Told Me . Her name is Jen Crossley and her blog is called A Mark in Time. I am just blown away by her art. I have poured over her blog all morning and everything is fantastic. Thanks for sharing her link Tricia!

the names are perfect!!! and i can see them, horray!!! yes, i have too sadly found out that cheap brushes are not the "deal" they seem to be...your collage is simply lovely...i ran over to the new blog you found and it is fantastic, i will bookmark it and go back to pour over it at my leisure...i had so much fun talking to you yesterday miss texas, next time we will plan ahead and i will make sure all the phone batteries are fully charged :)

I think those are just the right names. That green is great, it really brings out the photo. I have those brushes too. I gave them to the kids. Those are great blogs too. a few more to add to the favorites.

Great names and a great collage! I love the green.......... I seem to have periods where certain colors really appeal to me. I am in my green period now. ;)So the charming image and colors are just perfect to my eyes.
