I missed you so. I am so glad to be back.
I owe you all such gratitude and love for supporting me when I was unable to support myself.
I am forever grateful. So many wonderful words of encouragement and love.
It is all very bleak when you are suffering through a depressive stage. So many of you shared your wisdom and compassion and your own journeys. I carried those words with me.
First, not feeling I deserved them.
Then when I was ready, drawing comfort from them and knowing I was not alone.
And now feeling such amazement at this wonderful, supportive and loving community of artists and friends. We have created a haven here in blog land. A safe harbor where we are allowed and encouraged to speak from our hearts. Thank you so very much. Thank you for listening and supporting and loving. Love, Jamie

"Whenever someone sorrows, I do not say, "forget it," or "it will pass," or "it could be worse" -- all of which deny the integrity of the painful experience. But I say, to the contrary, "It is worse than you may allow yourself to think. Delve into the depth. Stay with the feeling. Think of it as a precious source of knowledge and guidance. Then and only then will you be ready to face it and be transformed in the process."

Hello, Dear Heart !
I was just thinking of you last week. In fact, I was trying to find your email so I could send you a note and blogger was down and nothing I could do could get the note to you.
I ended up writing a post about it on my blog (http://queen-of-arts.blogspot.com/2011/05/sharing-joy-thursdaybefore-its-too-late.html)
I just wanted you to know that you were in my thoughts and I was sending you some extra loving. I hope you are somewhere on the other side of the "mean" time now. So good to "hear" your voice.
Light and love, Beautiful One !
Jamie,
Welcome back! You have been sorely missed sweet friend, and I'm glad things are looking up for you. Some days I find it difficult to "walk in the light" as well.
Our sweet Pastor is leaving our church and our school and we had a beautiful send-off Mass for him on Sunday. His homily was so beautiful and the words he left us with were "Let your heart not be troubled".
These are words I think we can all embrace these days with what's going on in the world....I'm thankful for all I have and am trying to remind myself daily to have a light heart.....:)
Welcome back, Dearest Jamie!!! We've been waiting for your return! Blessings & Hugs, Terri xoxo
Missed you too and I'm glad you allowed yourself the time you needed to return.
All the best to you.
Hugs

Wishing you peace of mind and a hopeful heart. You are far from alone with battling the 'mean reds'. It is something that will try to break us but know that many of us care and will be there to help pick you up whether by words or by positive energy.
Much love,
Jennie

I have come via Marie and couldn't help not to comment on these words - they speak real truth and are more helpful in helping anyone facing these feelings. Love your twins image.
Hope you are getting along feeling more brightness in your days.
